• 100% payment is required before the trip starts.
• Cash and online payments are accepted.
• Upon arrival in Leh, please wear a jacket to avoid high-altitude sickness.
• Final confirmation is provided upon down payment.

• The check-in time is 12 noon, or early check-in subject to room availability.
• A minimum of 7 riders is required to operate one group. We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get the minimum strength of riders in any group. Additional expenses due to bad weather or other unforeseen events, such as hotel stays, transportation, meals, etc., will incur extra charges.
• The sequence of the day-wise itinerary may change due to traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads or other unforeseen events.
• If any group member wants to leave the group mid-tour, they must pay for the transportation of the bike from the point of departure to the tour endpoint.
• All group members must carry a valid ID proof & Driving License (mandatory).
• Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their luggage. Only backpacks are allowed, with a limit of 10 Kg per person. Extra luggage will incur an additional cost of INR 500 per Kg.
• Compensation for any damage or accident caused during the tour will be directly payable by the individual responsible.
• We have the right to cancel the departure due to insufficient members. In such cases, guests are eligible for a full refund.
• Booking amounts are valid for that particular year.
• Basic First Aid Kit is provided, but it’s advised that guests bring their own medicines that are known and suitable to them.
• The Road Captain will manage the group, taking all necessary safety measures. The group must follow their guidance.
• In case of an emergency, if a rider feels unwell, they can sit out and the mechanic will ride the bike.

• Mototour Ladakh reserves the right to modify the sequence of the day-wise tour itinerary without prior notice.
• The itinerary is subject to changes due to traffic schedules, restrictions, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
• If we cancel a group tour due to unavoidable reasons, we will either transfer the booking to another departure or offer a full refund, excluding any bus charges.
• We are not responsible for any injuries or loss of life during adventure activities, and all participants must sign an Indemnity Form before the program begins.
• The package price does not cover personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, etc.
• Package rates may change without prior notice due to force majeure events or unexpected issues.
• All guests must carry valid photo ID (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card). PAN Cards are not accepted as valid photo IDs.
• Mototour Ladakh reserves the right to remove any client from the tour for misbehavior or disputes.

• Children below 5 years are complimentary.
• Children between 5 to 8 years pay 30% of the package cost per person.
• Above 8 years will be considered as requiring an Extra Bed.
• Children above 12 are considered adults.

• Foreign nationals will be liable to pay an extra USD 100 on all bookings.

• The confirmation amount for any trip is non-refundable.
• Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 80% refund.
• Cancellation before 15 days of departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellation before 7 days of departure: 25% refund.
• Cancellation within 7 days of departure: Non-refundable.

• In cases of unforeseen events like landslides, heavy snowfall, or natural disasters, we reserve the right to cancel or change tour plans. No compensation will be provided for any monetary loss.

• Before 15 Days of Travel: One-time complimentary rescheduling.
• Within 15 Days of Travel: Rescheduling costs will be paid by the guest, subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
